Payment update and what's next

Card payments are temporarily unavailable because of an issue with our payment provider. We're working with them to restore payments, and we're sorry for the disruption.

Paying for a plan

• Crypto payments are working. Paid plans are 30% off when you pay with crypto while the card payment issue continues.
• Subscription extensions: If your subscription is due for renewal or has already expired, we'll extend it until card payments are restored. Please contact support if your access needs attention.

What's next

• We're talking with alternative payment providers and working on a backup payment option.
• We've heard the reports of slow performance. Backend and frontend improvements are planned over the next few days.
• A major Discord feature and new AI features are in development. We'll share more when they're ready.
